First Trailer For The Nativity Of A Nation
The directorial debut of thespian Nate Parker (also writer, producer, as well as star), The Birth of a Nation is riding a tidal moving ridge of hype as well as adept praise next its premiere at they year’s Sundance Film Festival. So much inward fact, that Fox Searchlight dropped a recording breaking $17.5 1000000 to province the distribution rights (the nearly Searchlight had paid before was $10 1000000 for Little Miss Sunshine x years earlier), as well as judging past times this powerful get-go trailer, it was coin good spent.Telling the truthful even of Nat Turner (Parker), a literate slave as well as preacher who is tasked amongst subduing the other, to a greater extent than unruly slave of his possessor (Armie Hammer), exclusively to orchestrate an uprising later witnessing the countless atrocities visited upon him as well as his people, it sure treads the same soil equally the Oscar winning Twelve Years a Slave, as well as it is clear Searchlight convey the same futurity inward hear for The Birth of a Nation, slating it for an awards friendly unloosen appointment inward the U.S. of America If this get-go trailer is anything to larn by, it has a serious peril of Oscar glory.
